We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns, the customer will be charged a shipping fee. The shipping fee may vary depending on the size and weight of the product being returned and will be approximately between 60 and 80 TL.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so we can assess and correct the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day waiting period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without giving any justification within 14 days. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
