We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without giving any justification within 14 days. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
